Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is CasinoDurian, operating casinodurian.com from Malta. Contact us about privacy at legal@casinodurian.com. Because we operate from Malta, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Malta's Data Protection Act (Cap. 586) apply.

2. What we collect, and why

• No accounts, no sign-ups. You can read the whole site without giving us any personal information.
• Preferences on your device. When you confirm your age or choose your region, your browser stores that choice locally (keys such as cd-age-ok and cd-region) so we don't ask again. It stays on your device; we don't receive it. You can clear it in your browser settings at any time. We don't set advertising or tracking cookies of our own.
• Hosting and security logs. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request times to deliver pages and protect the site against abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
• Site statistics. We may use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views in aggregate without identifying you.
• When you email us. If you write to one of our addresses, we keep your email address and message to reply and to keep a record of the conversation (email is handled by Google Workspace).
• Community channels. If you join our Telegram channels, your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy. We only see what you choose to share there.

3. Links to casinos

When you click a link to a casino, you leave our site. The casino, and any affiliate network it uses, may set their own cookies and record that you arrived from CasinoDurian, under their own privacy policies. Our links may carry a short page reference (for example "my-review-hero") so a programme can tell which page a visit came from. That reference contains no personal information about you. Please read each casino's privacy policy before you register.

4. Sharing and selling

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our email (Cloudflare and Google), who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

5. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's adequacy decisions (including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep data

Hosting logs are kept for a short period by our provider for security and then deleted. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message and for our records, then deleted when no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy of it. Write to legal@casinodurian.com; we'll reply within one month. You also have the right to complain to Malta's data protection authority, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt), or to the authority in your own country.

8. Age

This site is for adults only (18+, or 21+ where that is the local legal age, as in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines). We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
