1. Who we are

CasinoDurian ("we", "us") is an independent casino review and comparison website at casinodurian.com, operated from Malta. You can reach us at legal@casinodurian.com.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What CasinoDurian is, and what it isn't

We publish reviews, comparisons, guides and lottery information about online casinos and related products. We are not a casino, bookmaker or lottery operator. We don't offer gambling, accept bets or deposits, hold player funds, run accounts, or act as an agent for any operator. Every casino we mention is an independent third party.

3. How we make money

CasinoDurian is an affiliate site. When you click a link to a casino and sign up or deposit, we may receive a commission from that casino or its affiliate programme, at no cost to you. Some placements are paid listings; these are always labelled Featured. Commissions and listings never change a review's rating or content. See How we rate.

4. Our reviews are opinions, not advice

• Reviews, ratings, rankings and "best for" picks are our honest opinions, formed from first-hand testing on the date shown on each page and from the sources we cite.
• Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax or gambling advice, and nothing is a promise of winnings. Gambling involves risk of loss.
• Bonuses, wagering rules, payment methods, limits and other terms change, sometimes without notice. We work to keep pages accurate and dated, but we can't guarantee that every detail is complete or current. The casino's own terms and conditions always apply and take precedence over anything we write. Check them before you deposit.

5. Casinos and other third-party sites

Links to casinos and other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, services, availability, security or privacy practices. Your use of a casino is governed by your agreement with that casino.

Any issue with a casino is between you and that casino, including account verification or closure, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game outcomes, limits, complaints and disputes. We are not a party to that relationship and can't intervene on your behalf, though you're welcome to tell us about your experience at support@casinodurian.com so we can reflect it in our reviews.

6. Age and the law where you live

• This site is only for adults. You must be at least 18, or the minimum legal gambling age where you live if higher (21 in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines), to use it.
• Gambling laws differ between countries and can change. It is your responsibility to check that online gambling is legal where you are before you play. Our content is information, not an invitation to gamble where doing so is unlawful.
• Casinos we review are licensed by their own regulators (named in each review). A licence in one country does not make gambling legal in another.

7. Responsible gambling

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for fraud, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

9. Our content and trademarks

The text, ratings, design, mascot artwork and our own screenshots on this site belong to us. You may share links and short quotes with credit, but you may not copy, republish or scrape our content in bulk without written permission. Casino, game, payment and lottery names and logos are the trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the products we review.

10. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or overload it, gain unauthorised access, or use automated tools to copy its content. In our community channels (such as Telegram), no spam, account trading, unlicensed "agent" offers, or content aimed at minors. We may remove posts or members that break these rules.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. The courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
