Responsible Gambling
Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money. If it stops being fun, get help.
The rules we live by
- Only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start — and stick to them.
- Never chase losses.
- Never gamble to escape stress, anxiety or depression.
- Take regular breaks.
Warning signs
You may have a problem if you're spending more than you planned, hiding your gambling, borrowing to gamble, or feeling anxious about it. That's not a weakness — it's a condition with help available.
