Fortune Gems 2 keeps everything players liked about JILI’s original gem slot and fixes its biggest weakness. You still get a 3x3 grid, 5 fixed paylines and the multiplier reel on the right that boosts any win by up to 15x. What’s new is a wheel symbol on that reel. Land it in the middle and you spin a Lucky Wheel that always pays, with prizes up to 1,000x your bet. JILI’s own description says it “significantly amped up the maximum prize multiplier”, and the max win jumps from the original’s 375x to 10,000x.

Play it if you like:

• A 97% RTP, comfortably above the usual 96%
• The original Fortune Gems, but with a real shot at a big win
• Quick, simple spins on your phone with almost nothing to learn

Skip it if you want free spins or a bonus round to build towards. There still aren’t any, and the 10,000x needs Extra Bet and the top wheel prize at the same time.

How to play Fortune Gems 2

1. Set your stake. Bet steps depend on your casino and currency, so open the bet menu at your MYR, PHP or SGD casino first.
2. Decide on Extra Bet. The EX button adds 50% to your stake and changes the special reel and the Lucky Wheel (more below). Leave it off while you learn the game.
3. Spin. The 3x3 grid and the special reel spin together. Wins pay on 5 fixed lines.
4. Check the special reel. The symbol that stops in its centre decides what happens: a multiplier for your line wins, or a spin of the Lucky Wheel.

Symbols and paytable

The paytable is the same as the original Fortune Gems. slotcatalog lists these pays for three on a line, as multiples of your bet, before any multiplier:

The Wild is also the top payer. JILI’s page lists “Full Symbol” as a feature, and its preview promises “great rewards for any full board”. A full board of one symbol pays all 5 lines at once. Fill the grid with Wilds and that’s 5 x 5x = 25x your bet, before the special reel.

The special reel: multipliers and the wheel

The fourth reel spins on every spin. slotcatalog lists its multipliers as 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x and 15x, plus the wheel symbol:

• A multiplier in the centre multiplies every line win on that spin. A ruby line (4x) on a 15x is worth 60x your bet.
• A wheel symbol in the centre gives you one spin of the Lucky Wheel.

A multiplier on a losing spin does nothing, so you need the line win and the multiplier together. The wheel is different. slotcatalog says its prize is paid on top of any line wins, so it pays whether or not the grid connects. JILI’s preview shows the best case for the base game: a full board of Wilds with the 15x in the centre, paying 37,500 on a bet of 100. That’s 25 x 15 = 375x, the most the grid alone can pay.

The Lucky Wheel

JILI’s preview promises “Win 100% with the Lucky Wheel”. Every segment is a prize. slotcatalog lists twelve values: 1x, 3x, 5x, 8x, 10x, 15x, 20x, 30x, 50x, 100x, 200x and 1,000x your base bet. JILI’s own preview wheel, at a bet of 100, shows the same set from 100 up to 100K.

Most spins of the wheel land a small or mid-sized prize. The 1,000x segment is the one everyone waits for, and with Extra Bet on it can be multiplied as well.

Extra Bet: is it worth it?

Turn on Extra Bet and your stake goes up by 50%. According to slotcatalog, you get three things in return:

• The 1x is removed from the special reel, so every winning spin gets at least 2x.
• Bigger multipliers come up more often.
• Lucky Wheel prizes are multiplied by a random 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, 10x or 15x.

JILI’s preview sums it up as “get multipliers by betting more”. slotcatalog lists the RTP as 97% with or without Extra Bet, so it doesn’t make the game better value over the long run. It shifts more of the return into bigger, rarer moments, at a higher cost on every spin, losing ones included. If you use it, size your stake so that the extra 50% still leaves you plenty of spins.

Max win: 10,000x

JILI’s official game page lists the max win as 10,000x your bet. slotcatalog explains how it’s reached: through the Lucky Wheel with Extra Bet on, landing the 1,000x prize with a big wheel multiplier on top. On paper, 1,000x with a 15x multiplier would be more than 10,000x, so treat 10,000x as the ceiling JILI sets. Without Extra Bet and the wheel, the most you can win on one spin is the 375x full board of Wilds. Both are rare, and most wins will be a gem line or two with a modest multiplier.

Tips that actually help

No pattern or system beats Fortune Gems 2. A random number generator (RNG) decides every spin, the special reel and the wheel included, and a run of 1x results doesn’t make a 15x or a wheel “due”. What you can control is your budget:
