EuroMillions draw time in Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines
EuroMillions is drawn on Tuesday and Friday evenings in Paris, at about 9:05pm local time according to France’s FDJ, with results online at about 9:45pm. (Wikipedia puts the draw nearer 8:45pm, so treat the exact minute as approximate.) Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines are all on UTC+8, which puts the draw in the early hours of Wednesday and Saturday for all three countries.
| Draw in Paris | Day in SGT / MYT / PHT | Until 24 Oct 2026 (Europe on summer time) | From 28 Oct 2026 (Europe on winter time) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tuesday, about 9:05pm | Wednesday | about 3:05am | about 4:05am |
| Friday, about 9:05pm | Saturday | about 3:05am | about 4:05am |
Worked example: the Friday 23 October draw lands at about 3:05am SGT on Saturday 24 October. Europe’s clocks go back on Sunday 25 October, so the next draw (Tuesday 27 October in Paris) lands at about 4:05am SGT on Wednesday 28 October. With results online roughly 40 minutes after the draw, the practical answer is simple: check EuroMillions at breakfast on Wednesday and Saturday.
Every draw on one page, including the US clock change a week later, is in our lottery draw times in Asia guide.
How EuroMillions works
- Pick 5 main numbers from 1–50 and 2 Lucky Stars from 1–12.
- A line costs €2.50 in France (where the price includes the My Million raffle), Belgium and Austria.
- It’s one shared jackpot across several European countries, including France, the UK, Spain, Ireland, Austria and Belgium.
- Some countries add a national extra: My Million in France, the Österreich Bonus in Austria and a local draw in Belgium. If you play online, check which extras (if any) your line includes.
The €17M floor and the €250M cap
EuroMillions works differently from the American lotteries, which have no ceiling:
- The jackpot starts at €17 million after every win.
- It’s capped at €250 million. Once it hits the cap, it stays there for up to five draws.
- If nobody wins in those five draws, the jackpot rolls down to the lower prize tiers, which can mean very big payouts for the winners below the top tier.
The cap was reached and won three times in 2025: in Austria on 28 March, Ireland on 17 June and France on 19 August. So a capped jackpot isn’t a dead end: either someone takes the €250M or the money flows down to the players who matched fewer numbers.
EuroMillions odds: better than the US giants
The jackpot odds are 1 in 139,838,160: 2,118,760 ways to pick five numbers from 50, times 66 ways to pick two Lucky Stars from 12. That’s roughly twice as likely as a Powerball jackpot. With 13 prize tiers, any prize comes along about once every 13 lines (1 in 12.97).
Worked example: play one line in every draw for a year, which is 104 draws. On average you’d expect about 8 prizes of some kind (104 ÷ 12.97), mostly the smaller tiers like 2 numbers (1 in 21.90) or 2 numbers plus 1 Lucky Star (1 in 49). The jackpot is another story: at one line per draw, you’d wait about 1.3 million years on average (139,838,160 ÷ 104). That’s why most players treat the small prizes as a bonus and the jackpot as the dream. The full 13-tier table sits below this guide; all prizes below the jackpot are a share of each draw’s prize pool, so the amounts change every time.

How to play EuroMillions online from Singapore, Malaysia or the Philippines
There are no official EuroMillions sellers in Southeast Asia; FDJ and the other national lotteries sell through their own home channels. From Asia, you use one of two online services:
- theLotter, a ticket messenger. It buys an official EuroMillions ticket for you and scans it to your account before the draw.
- Lottoland, lottery betting. You bet on the official EuroMillions result and Lottoland pays prizes itself, with jackpots insured. It’s licensed in Gibraltar and by the UK Gambling Commission.
How to get started:
- Sign up and check your country is accepted at sign-up. Neither operator confirms every Southeast Asian country publicly.
- Check the price per line at checkout; it includes the operator’s fee or margin on top of the €2.50.
- Pick 5 numbers and 2 Lucky Stars, or take a quick pick.
- Buy by Tuesday or Friday evening, Asian time, well before the cut-off.
- Check results from breakfast on Wednesday or Saturday.
Durian tip: EuroMillions, EuroJackpot and SuperEnalotto all draw in the middle of the night in Asia. Buy your lines the evening before, go to sleep, and check all three results with your morning kopi.
Picking numbers
Each EuroMillions draw is random, and every combination has the same chance. Past draws, hot numbers and “due” Lucky Stars don’t change the odds. Number choice only affects how many people you might share a prize with: birthdays bunch up in 1–31, so a quick pick spreads your line across the whole range. If you want more lines for the same money, a syndicate shares both the cost and any win.
EuroMillions is a game of chance, not an income. Set a budget for each draw and stick to it; our responsible gambling page has support if you need it.
